My sister and I attended a 200-vendor craft show this Saturday. It was a two-day event, showcasing food vendors, and plenty of crafters. Admission and parking were free.

The weather was perfect, with a light breeze. We were prepared, for the day, with our baseball caps, water bottles, and a small cart for our purchases.

We arrived at about 9:30 a.m. It was a bit crowded, but we connected with a few vendors. A little after noon, it was not as congested. At that time, we did another walk-through to get a closer look at the booths that we missed the first time.

There were numerous jewelry and clothing vendors. There were plenty of woodcraft and metalwork. This was a great place to find Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers. There were various options and price points.

One of my favorite booths was the "One Stop Hippie Shop". These two nice ladies make beautiful stained glass products. It was a pleasure chatting with them.

Another favorite booth was "Country Q's Goat Milk Soap Co."

This is the best-smelling soap, ever!!

It is made with goat's milk, tallow, olive oil, coconut oil, sodium hydroxide, and

fragrance. They, also, sell goat's milk lotions, air fresheners, lip balm, and beard oil. The Company is out of Lane, Texas. They are on Facebook.

One can't go to the fairgrounds and not sample some food.

The roasted corn in the cup was delicious. Mine had mayo, cheese, and butter. There were plenty of condiments to add.

"The Apple Cart", had full shelves of candied apples in the morning. By 2 p.m. the booth was sold out.

There were many food options for every palate, including, nuts, pies, and candy. I hope to return next year. Below are a few business cards of vendors who were in attendance.
